Our Round Hat Blocks are designed for hatters working on traditional, historical, theatrical, and reenactment headwear where a true circular crown shape is more appropriate than a modern oval.
Unlike Regular Oval, Long Oval, or Extra Long Oval blocks, these are built with a true 1:1 round profile, making them especially useful for reproducing older hat styles and period-correct silhouettes.
They’re especially well suited for historical reenactment hats, military and uniform headwear, period civilian hats, theatre and stage costuming, museum or heritage reproductions, and other traditional styles where a modern oval can distort the intended shape.
Available in sizes 53 cm through 65 cm, each block includes the same practical features as our standard WhipperWill Hats blocks, including the integrated bottom stand hole and compatibility with our hat block stand system.
Larger sizes can be produced as either one-piece or split blocks, depending on printer size and preference.
