The WhipperWill Hats Conformer & Formillion V3 is a modern precision fitting system built for professional hatters who need an accurate, repeatable way to capture a customer’s head shape and transfer it directly to the hat during fitting and finishing.
The 50-point Conformer captures the unique oval and irregularities of the wearer’s head using individually moving sliders, producing a detailed physical profile rather than relying on circumference alone. The matching 50-point Formillion reproduces that captured shape so it can be used directly with the hat during blocking, sizing and final fitting.
V3 features improved structural rigidity throughout the Conformer assembly, giving the locking system a more solid, consistent feel while maintaining the compact design and fine adjustment of the 50-slider system.
Designed and manufactured by WhipperWill Hats for working hatters, the system is compact, serviceable and built around replaceable wear components rather than disposable assemblies.
