Every head is different. Standard hat sizes and oval classifications can only tell you so much.
Our Conformer features 50 independently adjustable measuring fingers designed to capture the unique contours of a customer’s head, providing a detailed representation of their individual head shape.
The accompanying Formillion transfers that captured profile into a physical reference, allowing the hatter to reproduce the customer’s head shape when fitting and finishing a custom hat.
