The Luke Hat

This custom western hat was handcrafted by WhipperWill Hats specifically for Luke Bryan — and ended up exactly where we hoped it would: on his head, on stage.

Starting from an open-crown fur felt body, the hat was shaped and finished entirely by hand, with a custom western crown and brim, handmade leather hatband, and personalized interior.

Inside, the leather sweatband was laser engraved specifically for Luke, including his name and the message “Made for adventure. Made for you.” Every detail was chosen and finished as a one-of-a-kind piece rather than a production hat.

The hat was presented to Luke during his Ottawa concert, where he accepted it, put it on, and continued wearing it on stage.
