Innovative 5-Piece Removable Design
One of the biggest challenges when working with tall-crowned hats is removing the finished hat from the block without damaging or distorting the felt.
Our specially engineered five-piece design addresses this problem with a removable centre core. Once the core is extracted, the remaining sections can be separated and carefully removed from inside the finished crown.
This design provides the stability needed during blocking while making removal considerably easier than with traditional solid blocks.
