Modular Hat Block Spacers
Get more versatility from a single hat block with our modular height spacer system.
These straight-sided spacers are designed to stack securely beneath compatible WhipperWill Hats blocks, allowing you to increase crown height without purchasing or printing an entirely different block.
Each spacer uses a matching alignment system to keep the block and spacers properly positioned while the flat mating surfaces carry the working load.
Available spacer heights:
1/2 inch
1 inch
3 inch
Use them individually or combine them to create the working height you need. Starting with a standard 5.5-inch block, you can quickly build taller configurations for different hat styles without replacing the entire block.
The spacers use the same footprint and bottom layout as the corresponding block, giving the system a clean, consistent appearance while maintaining compatibility with the WhipperWill Hats block stand system.
Because the spacers are straight-sided, they are also profile-independent—the same spacer system works with our different crown profiles rather than requiring a separate spacer for every block style.
