Universal Hat Block Stand
A solid, purpose-built stand for supporting hat blocks during shaping, steaming, blocking, and general shop work.
Designed to work with WhipperWill Hats blocks using the standard bottom locating hole, the stand uses a 24 mm locating peg with a 22 mm engagement height. The peg centers the block while the block itself rests flat on the support table, so the working load is carried by the stand rather than by the peg alone.
The wide base and substantial centre column provide a stable working platform without making the stand unnecessarily bulky. The upper section transitions smoothly into the support table, giving the stand strength while keeping the underside printable without excessive support material.
Compatible with WhipperWill Hats Round, Regular Oval, Long Oval, and Extra Long Oval blocks.
