Designed for hat makers, this flange features the broad, gently curved Western Snap-Brim profile with a subtle rise toward the outer edge. The centre opening follows a traditional Regular Oval shape and includes clearance for the compatible crown block and hat body.
The flange is divided into four printable sections for standard 220 × 220 mm printer beds. Vertical sliding dovetails align the sections, while the dedicated closing quadrant can be lowered into place after the first three sections are assembled.
